Terms of Use

Last updated July 7, 2026

By using AllergyTable, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What AllergyTable is (and is not)

AllergyTable is a research assistant. It reads publicly available menus, allergen guides, and reviews and summarizes what it finds, with citations. It is not medical advice and it is not a guarantee of safety. We never label a dish "safe."

Menus change, kitchens vary, and cross-contamination is often undocumented. Treat every result as a starting point for a conversation with restaurant staff, not a substitute for it.

Use it at your own risk

You are responsible for your own food decisions. Always confirm directly with restaurant staff before eating, especially if you have a severe or life-threatening allergy. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllergyTable is not liable for any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or loss arising from reliance on its results.

Acceptable use

  • Use it for personal, good-faith dining research.
  • Do not scrape, overload, resell, or abuse the service or its API.
  • Do not attempt to break, probe, or misuse the accounts or infrastructure.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or that a given restaurant is covered.

Changes

This is an early beta and the service will change. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. Questions: hello@allergytable.com.
